PROCESSING TIME
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-4 business days (Monday - Friday) for orders to be processed although most orders go out immediately it may vary.
*Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for orders placed during major sales & restocks.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are based on orders placed vetween Monday - Friday (excluding holidays, holidays weekends). Please allow 7-10 business days for standard ground shipping delivery.
Lost Packages
Lashes by Killem is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers in the event of a missing package.
Incorrect Address
We are also NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address contact us immediately at lashesbykillem@yahoo.com If we have not been contacted within 24 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address on file.
Note: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, however you failed to receive it you will have to contact the United States Postal Service as it is now out of our hands. Number to call: 1(800)275-8777
